(listing fee, transaction fee, offsite-ads summary, currency-conversion rate), 'What are Payment Processing Fees for Selling on Etsy?' (per-country Etsy Payments processing table), 'How Etsy's Offsite Ads Work' and 'What is a Regulatory Operating Fee?' (both in the same snapshot). Etsy's own 'Fees & Payments Policy' pages (etsy.com/legal/fees and its locale variants) returned HTTP 403 to two separate crawl attempts (plain HTTP and stealth headless Chromium) and could not be captured — the help-centre articles above are Etsy's canonical schedule for each topic instead, per PRD §6.5. None of the crawled pages state a last-updated or effective date, so effectiveFrom defaults to the verification date. Confidence medium: only the 6.5% transaction fee is independently restated on a second Etsy page; the listing fee, payment-processing rates, offsite-ads rate/threshold/cap, currency-conversion rate and regulatory-operating-fee rates are each stated on one official page only.
