Cross-checked against marketplacelearn.walmart.com's "Referral Fee Schedule for Contract Categories" guide (last updated 9 March 2026, used as effectiveFrom since the primary page states no date), which restates identical rates and price breakpoints for every category. Confidence high: both official sources agree on every commercial rate. Two categories (Office Products, Outdoors Products and Sports) carry a named sub-type rate exception recorded in `notes` rather than split into a second payment type; Collectibles similarly has secondary-only sub-tier detail recorded in `notes`. Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) fulfillment and storage fees are out of scope for this build though captured in the primary snapshot for a future revision.
